• Dual Stacked 6" I-Beam Main Frame The DTB is famous for its "stacked" frame design, featuring two layers of 6" I-beam (totaling 12" of vertical steel).

  • The Benefit: This provides a massive 24 lbs/ft of steel in the main frame. It is virtually impossible to twist or sag, even when hauling heavy tracked machinery or dumping maxed-out loads of wet debris.

• Industry-Leading 7-Gauge Steel Floor While the DCB uses a heavy 10-gauge floor, the DTB steps up to a massive 7-gauge one-piece steel floor.

  • The Benefit: 7-gauge is approximately 40% thicker than 10-gauge. It is specifically designed to handle the impact of large boulders and the grinding wear of skid steer tracks without warping or "waving" over time.

Full-Length Bed Runners Underneath the 7-gauge floor, the DTB features longitudinal bed runners that run the full length of the trailer.

The Benefit: These runners are strategically placed to support the tracks of a skid steer or mini-ex, preventing the crossmembers from "telegraphing" through the floor under the weight of heavy equipment.
