To support a 23,000 lb rating on just four tires, Diamond C equips the HXD 210 with commercial-grade 18-ply radials. These are significantly more robust than the 10-ply or 14-ply tires found on lighter trailers, offering the highest level of heat dissipation and puncture resistance for heavy-duty commercial hauling.

The deck extends to the full legal width of 102 inches. Because the tires are under the deck, Diamond C includes 10-gauge heavy-duty drive-over fenders with internal structural supports. These fenders are engineered to handle the weight of your machine driving directly over them, finished with a non-slip diamond plate for safety.

While the base HXD 210 uses a Hydraulic Dampening Cylinder (gravity tilt), the 2026 model is designed for the Pro Tilt upgrade. This allows you to switch between gravity tilt and electric/hydraulic power tilt at the push of a button—perfect for loading unbalanced loads that won't "tip" the bed on their own.

Standard for 2026 on the HXD 210 is a 6-foot stationary deck in front of the 18-foot tilt section (24' total length). This stationary area is essential for hauling attachments, palletized materials, or fuel tanks that you don't want moving during the tilt cycle.

To manage the heavy tongue weight of a 23K trailer, Diamond C utilizes a Simol 15K 2-speed jack. Many dealer-stock units for 2026 are also arriving with the upgraded 20,000 lb Hydraulic Jack, which lets you uncouple a fully loaded trailer with a wireless remote or a switch, saving your back from manual cranking.

The HXD 210 is built on the Engineered Beam chassis. By using high-strength Grade 80 steel that is laser-cut and tapered, Diamond C creates a frame that is stronger where it needs to be and lighter where it doesn't. This lowers the center of gravity and the empty weight, giving you more actual payload capacity than a traditional I-beam trailer.
