This is the "crown jewel" of the MDT. Unlike traditional scissor lifts or dual-ram systems, the 3-stage telescopic hoist is mounted at the front of the tub.

• The Benefit: It provides maximum leverage at the beginning of the dump cycle and puts less stress on the frame, allowing you to dump heavy loads with significantly less battery draw.

Most competitors in the 10K dump class use channel steel or tubing. Diamond C uses a 6" I-Beam frame.

• The Benefit: This "Low Profile" design lowers the center of gravity for better towing and reduces the deck height, making it easier to load equipment via the included ramps.

Standard for 2026 is the 3-Way Multi-Function Gate. It functions as:

1. Spreader Gate: For metered dumping of gravel or mulch.

2. Barn Doors: For dumping large debris or junk.

3. Tailgate Style: For loading small equipment or manual unloading.

The MDT 206 comes standard with the 21,000 lb Demco EZ-Latch. It’s over-engineered for a 10K trailer, meaning you’ll never worry about the coupler’s strength, and the "drop-and-go" latching system is the fastest in the industry.

For 2026, Diamond C has standardized ST225/75R15 10-ply radial tires. Many manufacturers still use 6-ply or 8-ply as their base; the 10-ply radials offer much better heat dissipation and puncture resistance on construction sites.

The hydraulic system is designed for efficiency. It uses power to lift the bed but relies on gravity to lower it. This saves your battery for the next lift, and when paired with the standard Group 27 battery and 110V 5-amp charger, you’ll rarely find yourself without power on the job.

The 18" (or optional 24"/44") sides are integral with the floor, meaning they are formed from a single piece of steel where possible.
